Scoop 优点
默认安装路径：在用户目录下 ~/scoop/ 文件夹中。
不会路径污染。
没有烦人的窗口引导安装。
比包管理更易于使用。Scoop 不是包管理器。读取 JSON 文件信息，内中描述如何安装软件和相关依赖项。PowerShell 终端最低需要 5.1 版本。
如何安装1
第一种方式-默认安装目录，在用户目录下 ~/scoop/ 文件夹中-官方默认
